Enable release builds and appx for Kasts

Bart De Vries requested to merge bdevries/binary-factory-tooling:work/enable-kasts-release-builds into master

Kasts master will switch to qt6 soon, which might impact the nightly builds. Having release builds will ensure (new) users can still find functional binaries for windows and android during the changeover.
