data: Shorten messages
This helps to reduce the space used by the Bug Janitor Service's messages without having to mark as spam (which collapses the message entirely).

All messages have been changed to not include line breaks to restrict columns. "close.txt" has been dramatically shortened to remove anything that would have already been stated in the first message sent, "remind.txt", which itself has been shortened and restructured to be more actionable (first reference adding information, then correcting status, then the consequence of not doing so).
