[android-qt64] Port to Craft
It mostly works. There is one pending issue with building Qt6 Base which frameworks/extra-cmake-modules!338 (merged) attempts to fix (hence Draft). Ones done a small adjustment in the Craft blueprint is needed and it should work
Also did some afford in aligning it with the qt515 image in general, better documentation and cleanup.
Note that I was quite brutal with removing apt packages of which I could not see the purpose. If you notice anything that's still needed let me know. If they are not needed, why might also take a look at the qt515 image and clean it up a bit.
