Port away from ci-utilities/resources/CraftConfig.ini

Volker Krause requested to merge work/vkrause/port-to-new-craft-configs into master

Instead use the new Craft config locations in ci-utilities/craft.

Also: drop the Craft tmp dir from the Android images, saves ~2.4G on the Qt5 image.
