Backport androiddeployqt fix

Volker Krause requested to merge work/vkrause/backport-androiddeployqt6-fix into master

This fixes a regression in Qt6's androiddeployqt which makes it miss e.g. AAR libraries provided by Frameworks, resulting in incomplete and non-starting APKs.

This is fixed upstream in 6.5.4 and 6.6.1 only, ie. versions we wont have in the near future.
