Add kdesupport/kdewin which is needed by Filelight

Until recently it was pulled into the image implicitly. Now we need to pull it in explicitly because it's needed at least by the 23.08 release build of Filelight.

This will hopefully fix the windows_qt515 job for Filelight that fails since recently because KDEWin isn't found anymore. https://invent.kde.org/utilities/filelight/-/pipelines?page=1&scope=all&ref=release%2F23.08 Until recently, kdewin was pulled into the image (https://invent.kde.org/sysadmin/ci-images/-/jobs/1179296/raw), but in the latest image(s) it's missing (https://invent.kde.org/sysadmin/ci-images/-/jobs/1398157/raw).
