feat(kstars): add dependencies to Windows build

This MR adds dependencies to the Windows build for KStars.

I'm not sure all are needed at that point, as some are required to build INDI, and there's no INDI on Windows yet.

Also, I don't know yet how to handle erfa. It requires the Python3 build framework meson, and would need me to delve into adding a build tool in this repository. I'm clearly not up-to-date on its inner workings for now. I will look for information in the Binary Factory, but I'd gladly accept help here.
