Add kdesrc-build Perl dependencies to CI.

This adds the needed dependencies for the likely images that kdesrc-build CI might use (OpenSuse and Alpine).

Tested by running Docker containers for opensuse/tumbleweed and alpine/latest and manually verifying package names for the appropriate Perl dependencies.
