Add freerdp3 package for krdc

While krdc 24.12.* is still based on freerdp2, for the next 25.* version we could switch to freerdp3. Support is already present in the codebase, hidden behind a cmake option. This MR adds required freerdp3 packages for master branch, while still maintaining freerdp2 for releases based on the 24.12 branch
