Draft: Update to Android SDK 35 and NDK 27

Blocking issues:

• SDL build error, fixed by update to newer version (packaging/craft-blueprints-kde!1087 (merged))
• QCoro breaks the NeoChat build (packaging/craft-blueprints-kde!1088 (merged))
• All apps with a custom build.gradle need to use at least version 8.6.0 of the Android Gradle plugin (in master and release/24.12)
