Drop cmark from the Qt 6 Windows image for now

Volker Krause requested to merge vkrause/ci-images:work/vkrause/qt6-windows-image-build-fix into master

Doesn't build atm, and isn't needed for anything in Frameworks yet. Should hopefully unblock the image build, everything else in here is meanwhile cached.
