The source project of this merge request has been removed.
centos7-craft: Update to devtoolset-11
qcoro which is needed by neochat needs at least gcc 10 for coroutines support (https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/NeoChat_Release_appimage-centos7/376/console), but we can as well go for the latest devtoolset.
