Patch the GpgME version number back to the last release

Volker Krause requested to merge vkrause/ci-images:work/vkrause/qt6-gpgme-patch-version-number into master

This is needed to not break version checks in Kleopatra which assume that an unreleased version number means the very latest master branch. The last release however doesn't have Qt 6 support yet, so we cannot actually just use that here.
