Build appstream-glib with flatpak patches.

Hi!

This seems quite ugly because opensuse image does not have meson or ninja and does not have sudo permissions thus It seems I cant do it like this: antmonteiro/ci-utilities@cc25e5bc

Though we can do build appstream-glib like this or we can create something like this: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Factory/appstream-glib with the necessary patches from flatpak.

I still need to find a way to test the appstream tool as the first point is blocking me.
