Add seed jobs for KF branching

Volker Krause requested to merge work/vkrause/kf6-seed-jobs into master

This changes the KF5 builds to use the branch and moves the KF6 builds to master. This also introduces a new set of Qt6-based KF5 builds, which we need during a transitional period before Plasma/applications branch, so their existing Qt6 builds continue to work.
