[Craft] Use shorter clone path for Windows

As suggested by @bcooksley

@vonreth with this it should be possible to revert packaging/craft!154 (merged) in case we want to do that to be on the save side. It definitely fixes the submodule clone issue with WebEngine https://invent.kde.org/jlskuz/ci-management/-/jobs/1198585
