add kapidox installation from branch for testing

Oliver Bestwalter requested to merge obestwalter/ci-tooling:work/obestwalter/dockerize-kapidox into master

This integrates kapidox into the Jenkins build. Apparently Jenkins does some magic to clone the project into the container and rsync the results to deploy them. Someone should test if this also works with kapidox and see where and how kapidox-generate needs to be invoked.
