[android] Build latest poppler release
Implements suggestion 2 from https://mail.kde.org/pipermail/kde-android/2019-October/000202.html. We didn't reach a consensus in the mail thread, but this is the least invasive option for all parties with only the minor downside that we loose the "testing" aspect for poppler master.
