WIP: [PoC] Add gitlab CI for Android apps

Builds APKs using the binary factory container and captures them as artifacts.

I do not plan to use this in production until we switch over all CI to GitLab, but I wanted to share what I have achieved.

Tested in the alligator repo.

It does not perform any signing on the APK, that's still an open question.
