We'll need to migrate all the scripts to use Products/Repo/BranchGroup as a tri-part configuration at some point.
Note that this will require the creation of a script to build all the projects which are dependended on but not included in that Product.
It should also be noted that the current implmentation will die horribly if a Repo is included in more than one Product with the same branch groups enabled
