Some more improvements for the Microsoft Store submission script

This MR adds support for Windows-specific screenshots listed in AppStream data.

Moreover, it fixes two issues:

  • Keep (and update) existing listing if description in AppStream data is empty.
  • Use English caption for image if caption isn't translated.
