Set KFHostToolingVersion for Qt6 builds

Volker Krause requested to merge work/vkrause/set-kf-host-tooling-version into master

This is needed for the right CMake toolchain to be selected by Craft when building for Android. We seem to be getting surprisingly far without that so far, but builds of application APKs fail due to that.
