Document the CI worker deployment steps for Linux and Windows
As i've gone through rebuilding CI Node 5 this afternoon, thought i'd best document all the steps.
This isn't totally complete as it doesn't cover configuring the Gitlab Runner, which we also have customised, but is a big step in the right direction at least.
