Switch Itinerary's stable F-Droid APKs to 24.02

That's a bit early, but the latest 23.08 APKs are entirely broken and don't even start (presumably globally, not just for Itinerary). It's unclear why exactly, let alone what broke this.

After wasting a few hours trying to debug the Qt5 setup with only limited progress this is the easier and faster available fix for users on the stable repository.
