Publish 24.02 release of Kongress on our Release Builds F-Droid repo
I have downloaded the 24.02 APK of Kongress, installed it on my phone and did a quick test. As far as I can tell, everything works. Except that the app reports that notifications are not supported on my system/device. I couldn't crosscheck with the 23.08 APK of Kongress because it doesn't even start on my phone. Given that the 23.08 APK doesn't work I think it's safe to switch to publishing the 24.02 release.
