Publish Windows installers

Ingo Klöcker requested to merge work/kloecker/publish-windows-builds into master

This adds publishing of the Windows installers to the Windows CD jobs. I'll test this with some project.

I'm not sure how to test the publishing for AppImage and macOS builds. And I don't really think it makes sense to publish the Android APKs. The latter are available via F-Droid and people who really want the APK files can take them from GitLab (or from the F-Droid repos if they guess the URL which isn't really hard to guess: repo-URL + APK file name).
