msgfmt use --check and not --check-header

This way we find more errors like

messages/kcoreaddons/kcoreaddons6_qt.po:791: a format specification for argument 1, as in 'msgstr[0]', doesn't exist in 'msgid_plural'

that --check-header doesn't mention
