Improve release info in AppStream
It now contains the URL of the announcement, to the source and adds links to the bugs fixed in the release. The new script also doesn't remove all the information from old releases but just the link to the source.
Test plan
The script ran correctly on my computer with the git stuff commented out
since this is a part I didn't touch I hope it will still work.
