Remove KNotes from 24.08 release

Daniel Vrátil requested to merge dvratil/release-tools:work/dvratil/remove-knotes into master

The PIM team has agreed to stop maintaining (and releasing) the KNotes application, we have a suitable migration path (Marknote has gained support to import notes), so we want to remove KNotes form 24.08 release and on.
