Add ghostwriter to kdesrc-build

Megan Conkle requested to merge work/ghostwriter-dependencies into master

Not certain if ECM should be included? I would like the release/Gear team to handle releases, so I have placed it under kde/office instead of extragears/office. Is this correct?
