Drop Qt 4 era logical module structure data

Volker Krause requested to merge work/vkrause/drop-qt4-logical-module-structure into master

This allows to massively simplify the rest, by folding many explicit entries into wildcard ones. There's also quite some stuff that is no longer around, cleaning that up is for a separate change though.

This will make it significantly easier to introduce KF6 support here eventually.
