mod-defs: Switch qt6-set to branch 6.7

Use more recent version of qt by default.

At least 6.7 is required for building kwayland (see sdk/kde-builder#101 (closed)).

I, however, am not sure if we want to keep on 6.7 rather than going to 6.8. Please comment if this is the case.
