Separate include configs for kde-builder

As discussed earlier, we need to separate the module-definitions for kdesrc-build, and for kde-builder, because we want to move forward with correct decisions in kde-builder (such as resolving projects by repopath instead of legacy projectpath), and at the same time, not to break kde-builder for those who want to stick to it forever.

After this, for the every new contribution to the module-definitions we would need to check if the change is also needed in the kde-builder include-configs.
