chore: add KWindowSystem dependency for Keysmith

Johan Ouwerkerk requested to merge work/cmacq2/dbus-for-keysmith into master

Keysmith will need to grow full support for xdg D-Bus activation. This requires some window management features, hence the need for a dependency on the KWindowSystem framework.
