Copy location feature was added in 20.08 Dolphin update. Though its a pretty good feature that was missing but it causes a conflict with konsole panel in dolphin. As same shortcut is used for copying text in konsole. This commit changes the copy location shortcut from "CTRL+SHIFT+C" to "CTRL+ALT+C" and fixes the bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=426461
