Don't show trash for files that we don't own

Jan Blackquill requested to merge work/janb/only-trash-if-owner into master 
Trashing files owned by other users is problematic
from a user experience standpoint, both due to implementation
and conceptual flaws (e.g. what happens when you try to restore
a file owned by a user that no longer exists w/ a home directory
that no longer exists?)
