Allow new subfolders/files to be created in selected folders

Jordan Bucklin requested to merge jbucklin/dolphin:fix_subdir_location into master

Creating a new folder or file while a folder is selected should place the new subfolder/file within the selected folder, consistent across all context menus and shortcuts.
