Add a errorMessage with action buttons

Tomaz Canabrava requested to merge tcanabrava/dolphin:add_message_with_fix_it into master

This uses the KMessageWidget to offer buttons for possible actions, instead of offering just a message for the user. This is needed for the Partition Manager option on the right click menu, and I believe some messages could be changed to use this method, too.
