Information Panel: Improve video arrow overlay appearance
Makes the play arrow overlay proportional with the preview size.
Move the gradient to be horizontal, rather than diagonal.

Would welcome input concerning colors. how to view those available in the theme so that I can test more easily with different combinations. Or if you have other visual feedback concerning the arrow I might have a look.
