At the moment, the create folder shortcut is statically set to to F10. This patch to permit set the create folder shortcut getting it from system settings In this way, plasma and dolphin will use the same shortcut. Obviously, if the user changes it from F10 to F4, in plasma it will works but in dolphin it will be ambiguous because F4 is used to open terminal.
