Enables normal rubberband in details view

This is my first merge request and I'm glad to contribute to this amazing program!

This does the following:

  • Adds an option in Dolphin Details-view tag settings.
  • Enables normal rubberband selection with that option (like in Icons and Compact views).
  • Default behavior is full view width rubberband (the current one).

This would make Dolphin selection more coherent and more user-friendly for people coming from Windows and MacOS. Default behavior is unchanged, anyway.
