kitemlistcontroller.cpp: Remove isUnderMouse

isUnderMouse does not work on wayland. Reported the bug to QT: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-120908

The comment mentions bugs that the underMouse method was fixing. However, I could not replicate those bugs anymore even without underMouse, so it doesn't seem to be necessary anymore.
