Padding in the Places View

Ezike Ebuka requested to merge ebuka/dolphin:places_padding into master

when using the places view with small/medium icons there little to no padding in the panel making it look it it is marshed up together.

UI: improves the UI

This make it easier to read as the is spacing between apps

it may not look like much but here is the difference in dolphin panel

this is with small icon on
