Fix outdated use of kdoctools5-common resources, kdoctools6-common now
Works only by chance if kf5 version of kdoctools is still installed. Though on my openSUSE TW system it seems kdoctools6-common are not deployed by package kf6-kdoctools, other than the kdoctools5-common by package kdoctools? Are there conflicts? (This is about the locale styling overrides, see https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kdoctools/-/blob/master/common/CMakeLists.txt) @krop
