Improve spacing and other minor visual changes

Carl Schwan requested to merge work/carl/improve-spacing into master
  • Add standard spacing in the part table widget in all directions. Previously this was only on the bottom.
  • Increase min height of the part table widget
  • Use KMessageWidget::Position::Header
  • Ensure main list view has a top border with new breeze
