Do not allow accepting the Edit Mount Point dialog if there is no valid mount point

This changes the Edit Mount Point dialog so it cannot be accepted if there is no mount point set or it is set to "none". Empty mount points are only valid for swap partitions, which are not edited by this dialog anyway.
