Added a package deselection config option & a re-check updates button

This config option enables excluding packages from being pre-selected for upgrade at user's discretion. The package(s) will still remain on the upgrade list for manual selection, if needed.

The check (updates) again button is self-explanatory. It gives the user the ability to look for new updates after the update list has been populated, without installing anything.
