Added user feedback with message box when use the plugins shortcut

Magno Lomardo requested to merge magnussolidus/konsole:mlomardo/improve_plugins into tcanabrava/improve_plugins

When the user attempts to use the SSH Manager or the Quick Commands plugin via their respective shortcuts, it provides a message box telling then to activate the plugin if there is no configuration/usage of the plugin yet.
