Fixes for upcoming handbook release

  • Rename 0_front-matter.md to 0.0_front-matter.md so it is picked up first by the cat command.
  • Add a new line at the end of each section markdown file. This ensures that the last paragraph of a section does not get merged with the first paragraph of the next section when the cat command is run.
  • Use the png version of the Okular logo.
  • Remove an invisible character causing issues with Latex. (See comment)
