added xdotool script for Okular with description, moved pixel-based xdotool...

I have made the following changes:

  • I made the directory usage_scenarios/okular/
  • I added an xdotool script for Okular based on the Umwelt Campus script used for BE certification (sus-okular_ucb.sh)
  • I added a detailed description of the script (sus-okular_ucb.odt)
  • I also moved the pixel-based xdotool script from Arne to this directory
